Staying Power?
Sticking with something long enough will bring results. 9 months ago i decided to challenge myself & shifted the home training I’d been doing. I wanted to test myself & learn/do something new...so I did. I bought a steel mace and quickly had to buy another lighter one. I assumed I could do a ‘360’ exercise swing...and couldn’t. Having stuck to the same exercises for the last 9 months, finally I achieved what I set myself and I can move up to the next size mace. I learned by watching videos of people doing it, trying & failing often. I never once quit though. If I can achieve stuff anyone can! The trick is in ‘doing less; better.’
