Been a while!

I’ve been asked a couple of times now “what do you get up to?” & a bit about myself. This is what I did today, which I recently started doing twice a week. In addition I do 3 strength/physique style workouts, 1 full morning of tai chi (session with my teacher) plus an evening tai chi class depending on my fatigue levels. I won’t lie, it’s challenging however a challenge of any description makes me tick I’ve come to realise. Everything I do is adapted/chosen to suit my particular situation being severely balance impaired as a result of a major health crisis, dominated by a haemorrhage stroke. Life is a challenge regardless of our individual circumstances. We’ll suffer one way or another so I choose the way I do. I’d rather that than be a victim forced into it as I once was.
